Dental Insurance and Payment Options

Flexible Financing Options:

We ask for payment for professional services or insurance co-pays and deductibles at the time dental treatment is provided. We will make every effort to provide you with a treatment plan that will be within your financial responsibility.

In an effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining a high level of care, we are happy to offer the following payment plans for our patients:

  • 5% discount for payment in cash or by check on the day of service.
  • We also accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover.
  • Interest-free payment plans available through Care Credit. Our office can help you with the paperwork and secure a line of credit for your dental treatment.
  • 15% discount on dental services (some exclusions apply) with purchase of our SMILE ADVANTAGE annual discount plan offered by Bridge City Dentistry for individuals with no insurance benefits. Full payment due at time of service. Only applicable on services done in our office.

Dental Insurance:

The team at Bridge City Dentistry will be happy to help you maximize your policy benefits and we will pre-estimate your coverage prior to your appointment. Dental insurance is a contract between your employer and the insurance company. The benefits you receive depend on the policy your employer has negotiated and are not necessarily based on assuring that you achieve a high quality result.

We realize this can be confusing and complex. Our insurance coordinator is available to review your policy and assist you in maximizing the reimbursement to which you are entitled. We will process all insurance company forms. Bridge City Dentistry may or may not be a preferred provider. The amount of compensation you receive will be dependent upon your coverage plan and specifics.
